All shipping charges to domestic and international addresses, with the
exception of Canada, are figured by weight and by the country of
destination. In order to give you the best possible rate, these charges are not calculated during checkout.
Orders are shipped via Federal Express (used for shipment packages of 150
lbs. of less) or Yellow Freight (used for larger shipment items).
Orders shipping to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada: Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order; are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by AerationStore.com). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

back to you as soon as we can. Our Customer Satisfaction representatives

FREIGHT and LEADTIMES
Generally we keep stock of diffusers and bare shaft blowers. These can usually be shipped within a week. If you require a complete aeration system, support stands, a blower package, or some of the other accessories on the site, we may not be shipping from stock. Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment
for most of these items, although in many cases we can ship much sooner. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a personal message from one of our staff informing you of the exact situation of your order. You may also wish to check leadtimes in advance of ordering by email or phone. Should you
order off of our site and upon receipt of our confirmation you find that the leadtime is too long, please inform us immediately and we will cancel your order from our system and credit your account.
